    Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring),

SECTION 1. USE OF EMANCIPATION HALL FOR CEREMONY HONORING NELSON 
              MANDELA.

    Emancipation Hall in the Capitol Visitor Center is authorized to be 
used on July 18, 2013, for a ceremony honoring the life and legacy of 
Nelson Mandela on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of his birth. 
Physical preparations for the ceremony shall be carried out in 
accordance with such conditions as the Architect of the Capitol may 
prescribe.
