In the Senate of the United States,
October 26 (legislative day, October 2), 1990.
  Resolved, That the first sentence of section 2 of Senate Resolution 248,
  agreed to February 22, 1990 (101st Congress, 2d Session), is amended by
  inserting before the period the following: `and any reasonable and necessary
  expenses for official reception and representation and any reasonable and
  necessary administrative expenses incurred by the Campaign Finance Reform
  Panel in carrying out its responsibilities under this resolution'.
