In the Senate of the United States,
October 28 (legislative day, October 2), 1990.
  Resolved, That the thanks of the Senate are hereby tendered to the
  distinguished Majority Leader, the Senator from Maine, the Honorable George
  J. Mitchell, for his exemplary leadership and the cooperative and dedicated
  manner in which he has performed his leadership responsibilities in the
  conduct of Senate business during the second session of the 101st Congress.
