• Σύμφωνη γνώμη υπ’αριθ. 2/75 που δόθηκε από το Συμβούλιο, με βάση το άρθρο 55 παράγραφος 2 γ) της Συνθήκης περί ιδρύσεως της Ευρωπαϊκής Κοινότητας Άνθρακα και Χάλυβα, προκειμένου να επιτραπεί στην Επιτροπή να χορηγήσει προς ενίσχυση τριών προγραμμάτων τεχνικής έρευνας στον τομέα της καταπολέμησης των αερίων ανθρακορυχείων καθώς και του εξαερισμού ενίσχυση 998.400 λογιστικών μονάδων που προέρχονται από τις εισφορές που προβλέπονται στο άρθρο 50 της εν λόγω Συνθήκης καθώς και να διαθέσει ποσό 30.000 λογιστικών μονάδων που προέρχονται από τις εν λόγω εισφορές προκειμένου να καλυφθούν οι δαπάνες διάδοσης των γνώσεων και τα συναφή έξοδα
