Methodology

PoliticalRepo normalizes source-specific entities into a universal model without forcing political systems to share vocabulary. Dutch zaaksoorten stay visible as source types beside normalized record types such as motion, bill or amendment.

Translations are a discovery layer. Priority is: (1) official translation from the source, (2) PoliticalRepo-generated translation stored with provenance. Search never calls a translation model. Original titles, summaries, languages and official URLs are immutable.

PoliticalRepo does not classify proposals as good, bad, left-wing or right-wing, and does not score voting behaviour.
