• Σύμφωνη γνώμη υπ' αριθ. 4/75 που δόθηκε από το Συμβούλιο, με βάση το άρθρο 55 παράγραφος 2 γ) της Συνθήκης περί ιδρύσεως της Ευρωπαϊκής Κοινότητας Άνθρακα και Χάλυβα, προκειμένου να επιτραπεί στην Επιτροπή να χορηγήσει, προς ενίσχυση πέντε προγραμμάτων τεχνικής έρευνας στον τομέα της προετοιμασίας και της καύσης του γαιάνθρακα και της αξιοποίησης των αποβλήτων ορυχείων (διαχωρισμός λεπτόκοκκων ακατέργαστων γαιανθράκων, αυτοματοποίηση εργαστηρίων προπαρασκευής γαιανθράκων, αξιοποίησης αποβλήτων ορυχείων, χρησιμοποίηση των αποβλήτων ορυχείων σε κατασκευές, μελέτη σχηματισμού οξειδίου του αζώτου κατά την καύση κονιοποιημένου γαιάνθρακα) ενίσχυση 1.232.000 λογιστικών μονάδων που προέρχονται από τις εισφορές που προβλέπονται στο άρθρο 50 της εν λόγω Συνθήκης καθώς και να διαθέσει 37.000 λογιστικές μονάδες που προέρχονται από τις εν λόγω εισφορές προκειμένου να καλυφθούν οι δαπάνες διάδοσης των γνώσεων και τα συναφή έξοδα

• Instemming nr. 4/75 betuigd door de raad ingevolge artikel 55, lid 2, sub c), van het verdrag tot oprichting van de europese gemeenschap voor kolen en staal, ten einde het de commissie mogelijk te maken steun ten bedrage van 1 232 000 rekeneenheden afkomstig uit de in artikel 50 van genoemd verdrag bedoelde heffingen toe te kennen aan vijf programma' s voor technisch onderzoek op het gebied van de verwerking en verbranding van steenkool en de valorisatie van afvalstenen, en een bedrag van 37 000 rekeneenheden afkomstig uit genoemde heffingen te bestemmen voor de uitgaven inzake verspreiding van de kennis en voor de bijkomende kosten scheiding van fijnkool en ruwe steenkool, automatisering van de werkplaatsen voor kolenbereiding, valorisatie van afvalstenen, gebruik van de afvalstenen ten behoeve van de bouwnijverheid, onderzoek naar de vorming van stikstofoxyden bij de verbranding van poederkool

• Zustimmung Nr. 4/75 des Rates gemäss artikel 55 absatz 2 buchstabe c) des vertrages ueber die gründung der europäischen gemeinschaft für kohle und stahl, die es der kommission ermöglichen soll, für fünf programme für technische forschungsarbeiten auf dem gebiet der aufbereitung und verbrennung von kohle sowie der veredlung von bergen (abscheidung von feinkorn aus der rohkohle, automatisierung und rechnes-steürung in aufbereitungsanlagen, veredlung von bergen, verwendung von grubenbergen im bauwesen, entstehung von stickoxiden in kohlenstaubflammen) eine beihilfe von 1 232 000 re aus den in artikel 50 des genannten vertrages vorgesehenen umlagen zu gewähren sowie 37 000 re aus diesen umlagen zur deckung der ausgaben für die verbreitung der kenntnisse und der sonstigen kosten zuzuweisen
