• Σύμφωνη γνώμη υπ' αριθ. 17/75 που δόθηκε από το Συμβούλιο, με βάση το άρθρο 55 παράγραφος 2 γ) της Συνθήκης περί ιδρύσεως της Ευρωπαϊκής Κοινότητας Άνθρακα και Χάλυβα, προκειμένου να επιτραπεί στην Επιτροπή να χορηγήσει προς ενίσχυση δύο προγραμμάτων τεχνικής έρευνας στον τομέα της οπτανθρακοποίησης αλεσμένων οπτανθράκων (κλίβανοι οπτάνθρακα υψηλής απόδοσης - πρωτότυπο, παραγωγή αλεσμένου οπτάνθρακα από λιγνίτη) ενίσχυση 1.059.180 λογιστικών μονάδων που προέρχονται από τις εισφορές που προβλέπονται στο άρθρο 50 της εν λόγω συνθήκης καθώς και να διαθέσει 31.780 λογιστικές μονάδες που προέρχονται από τις εν λόγω εισφορές προκειμένου να καλυφθούν οι δαπάνες διάδοσης των γνώσεων και τα συναφή έξοδα
