• Σύμφωνη γνώμη αριθ. 6/76 που δόθηκε από το Συμβούλιο, με βάση το άρθρο 55 παράγραφος 2 γ) της Συνθήκης περί ιδρύσεως της Ευρωπαϊκής Κοινότητας Άνθρακα και Χάλυβα προκειμένου να επιτραπεί στην Επιτροπή να χορηγήσει σε τέσσερα προγράμματα έρευνας στον τομέα της τεχνικής ορυχείων, ενίσχυση 9 062 778 λογιστικών μονάδων που προέρχονται από τις εισφορές που προβλέπονται στο άρθρο 50 της εν λόγω Συνθήκης καθώς και να χορηγήσει 271 883 λογιστικές μονάδες που προέρχονται από τις εν λόγω εισφορές προκειμένου να καλυφθούν οι δαπάνες διάδοσης των γνώσεων και τα συναφή έξοδα
