• INSTEMMING Nr. 7/76 betuigd door de Raad ingevolge artikel 55, lid 2, sub c), van het Verdrag tot oprichting van de Europese Gemeenschap voor Kolen en Staal, ten einde het de Commissie mogelijk te maken ten behoeve van twee programma' s voor technisch onderzoek op het gebied van de valorisatie der produkten van de steenkoolindustrie een steun toe te kennen van 4 693 266 rekeneenheden afkomstig uit de in artikel 50 van genoemd Verdrag bedoelde heffingen, alsmede 140 798 rekeneenheden uit deze heffingen te bestemmen om de kosten van verspreiding van kennis en bijkomende kosten te dekken

• Σύμφωνη γνώμη αριθ. 7/76 που δόθηκε από το Συμβούλιο, με βάση το άρθρο 55 παράγραφος 2 γ) της Συνθήκης περί ιδρύσεως της Ευρωπαϊκής Κοινότητας Άνθρακα και Χάλυβα προκειμένου να επιτραπεί στην Επιτροπή να χορηγήσει σε δύο προγράμματα τεχνικής έρευνας στον τομέα της αξιοποίησης των προϊόντων της βιομηχανίας άνθρακος, ενίσχυση 4 693 266 λογιστικών μονάδων που προέρχονται από τις εισφορές που προβλέπονται στο άρθρο 50 της εν λόγω Συνθήκης καθώς και να χορηγήσει 140 798 λογιστικές μονάδες που προέρχονται από τις εν λόγω εισφορές προκειμένου να καλυφθούν οι δαπάνες διάδοσης των γνώσεων και τα συναφή έξοδα
