Act to make provision in relation to ICC Bank public limited company, including provision for additional borrowing by it, the disposal by the Minister for Finance of shares in it, the issue of shares in it in connection with an employee share ownership trust for the benefit of its employees or those of a subsidiary of it and provision in relation to certain guarantees of its borrowing, to repeal the ICC Bank Acts, 1933 to 1997, to make provision for additional borrowing by ACC Bank public limited company and to provide for related matters
