Act to appropriate to the proper supply services and purposes sums granted by the Central Fund (Permanent Provisions) Act, 1965, to make certain provision in relation to the financial resolutions, passed by Dáil Éireann on 1 December, 1999, and to provide for the payment to the Minister for Health and Children of certain monies collected in respect of the duty of excise imposed by Section 2 of the Finance (Excise Duty on Tobacco Products) Act, 1977
