Act to provide for the better coordination and delivery of education and training, and, for that purpose to provide for the establishment of bodies to be known as education and training boards; to provide for the dissolution of vocational education committees; to provide for the transfer of assets, liabilities and staff of vocational education committees to education and training boards; to provide for the repeal of the Vocational Education Acts 1930 to 2006, the amendment of the Unfair Dismissals Act 1977 and the Education Act 1998, the revocation of certain statutory instruments and the consequential amendment of certain other enactments; and to provide for related matters
