Act to provide for the establishment of a body to be known as Tailte Éireann; to provide for the dissolution of the Property Registration Authority and Ordnance Survey Ireland and to provide for the transfer of their functions to Tailte Éireann; to provide for the transfer of the functions of the Commissioner of Valuation and the Boundary Surveyor to Tailte Éireann; to amend the Public Service Management Act 1997, the Valuation Act 2001 and the Registration of Deeds and Title Act 2006; to provide for the repeal of certain enactments; and to provide for related matters.
