9 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Finance whether the national lottery and Rehab Lotteries operate on an equal footing in terms of tax and/or other operational concessions; if he will outline the areas, if any, where Government policy or statutory requirements exist in such a way as to militate against the interest of one or other of the lotteries in question; if he will consider the introduction of changes in the context of the Finance Bill which might improve the situation; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
