Deputy Gary Gannon asked the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to the fact that an application for Xonvea was rejected for inclusion on the drugs payment scheme by the HSE on the advice of the National Centre for Pharmacoeconomics, NCPE, which determined that the medicine is not good value for money and that comes at a higher cost than other ways to manage this condition (details supplied); and the other ways of managing hyperemesis gravidarum that were assessed by the HSE and NCPE.
