Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine given the reasons stated publicly by Bord Iascaigh Mhara, BIM, for withdrawing its aquaculture licence application for Galway Bay; if he will conduct an investigation into the preparation of this application; and pending the outcome of this investigation, if he will instruct BIM to halt the preparation of any other aquaculture licence applications.
