Deputy Richard Boyd Barrett asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if he will confirm that the current contract of a person (details supplied) with Dún Laoghaire Harbour Company will expire in February or March 2016, bringing that person up to seven years as chief executive officer; and if that person is reappointed, if he will receive a contract of indefinite duration; if this happens before the transfer to Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council, whether the council will be able to alter this contract, the salary or the conditions after the transfer.
