Deputy Catherine Martin asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport his plans to provide a pedestrian bridge from the Ashington estate, Dublin 7 across the Royal Canal towards Broombridge Luas station; and if his attention has been drawn to the fact that for a person to access the station it requires a three kilometre detour for a journey that could be only a few hundred metres in length.
