Deputy Eoin Ó Broin asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage the total number of owner management companies currently in stage 3 of the interim remediation scheme for fire safety defects in apartments and duplexes; the length of time they have been in stage 3; the reason they cannot progress to the next stage; to provide a list of the projects identified as pathfinders; when they were identified as such; to provide an update on each of these pathfinders, including an estimation of when works will start and complete; and if all other approved applicants will have to wait for the completion of the pathfinder projects before they can progress beyond stage 3 of the process.
