Durkan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection further to Parliamentary Question No. 233 of 20 October 2015, why a person (details supplied) in County Kildare did not qualify for any scheme while completing a post primary course; what is required to qualify for such assistance, given that person is now completing a post leaving certificate course with no assistance from the Department of Education and Skills in respect of grant assistance; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
