144 Deputy Enda Kenny asked the Minister for Health and Children the further progress that has been made since her reply to Parliamentary Question No. 185 of 10 October 2007 regarding payments due under the final phase of the previous social partnership agreement Sustaining Progress and the first and second phase of the current social partnership agreement Towards 2016 which are due to ambulance personnel in the Health Service Executive west area who are members of SIPTU; when the National joint council will be in a position to recommend that payments be made; when these payments will be made; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
