107 Deputy Frank Feighan asked the Minister for Health and Children if her attention has been drawn to the fact that a person (details supplied) in County Roscommon is on a waiting list for a routine MRI scan at University College Hospital Galway since August 2008; if her attention has further been drawn to this crisis in the health service in which elderly people are so adversely affected; if she will take responsibility if this person dies; and if she will ensure arrangements will be made for this person to have their MRI scan at the earliest opportunity at UCHG or at Portiuncla Hospital, Ballinasloe.
