Broughan asked the Minister for Justice and Equality further to Parliamentary Question No. 511 of 14 July 2015, which was replied to on 26 August 2015, and which reply stated that between January 2013 and May 2015 20,830 were drink-driving cases listed and there were 8,391 convictions, if recent figures published by the Courts Service will be revised and backdated once all outstanding cases are completed following adjournments; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
