Deputy Maria Bailey asked the Minister for Finance the reason the Revenue Commissioners are refusing to register used and already registered vehicles as N1 vehicles with two or more rows of seats, having been previously converted from an M1 category vehicle in circumstances, in which the applicant has submitted all necessary documentation relating to the conversion as listed on the Revenue Commissioner's website, and which has been signed by a test centre authorised by the National Standards Authority of Ireland; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
