Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the status of discussions of the Community High Level Forum relating to community employment supervisors and assistant supervisors who have been seeking through their union representatives the allocation of Exchequer funding to implement a Labour Court recommendation relating to the provision of a pension scheme; and the steps he will take to ensure that the Labour Court recommendation is implemented by Departments in view of the fact that private sector employers and unions are requested to respect the labour court.
