PQ 115

115. Deputy Denis Naughten asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if he will ensure that a basic payment scheme, BPS, map is digitised without delay for a person (details supplied) in County Roscommon, given that the lack of a digitised map is preventing the person from applying for the green low-carbon agri-environment scheme, and the only change is on an internal boundary wall; if he is aware that the farmer in question is in Tier 1, but was unable to apply in the first round due to a departmental mapping anomaly; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
