Deputy Clare Daly asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality further to Parliamentary Question No. 98 of 24 January 2017, if she will clarify, by way of regulation, that accrediting bodies for psychologists and psychotherapists are empowered under section 40(7) of the Civil Liability and Courts Act 2004 to investigate complaints regarding the conduct of those professionals under their aegis, at least until such time as these two professions are regulated by CORU.
