Deputy David Cullinane asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if his attention has been drawn to the fact that around 40% of the clients of a company (details supplied) here are in the public sector and that the value of the company's contracts with Government Departments is approximately €139 million; if he will consider reviewing the company's public sector contracts in view of same; and his plans to revise public procurement regulations to ensure that companies in receipt of public contracts conform to best practice with regard to labour rights and respect for the State’s industrial relations mechanisms.
