Durkan asked the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment the extent to which improvements have taken place in the quality of mobile telephone service, with particular reference to areas in which complaints have been made continuously over the last number of years; if the relevant service providers have been approached by the regulator or his Department with a view to a dramatic improvement in the standard, quality and availability of service; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
