Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation to set out the definition for commencement of employment under the Unfair Dismissals Acts; if he will provide the information that an employer must when offering a subsequent contract, to the original temporary contract of employment, to an existing employee under the Terms of Employment (Information) Act; and under this same legislation, the information an employer must provide to an employee where a contract of employment is extended.
