119 Deputy Eoghan Murphy asked the Minister for Social Protection further to Parliamentary Question No. 96 of 23 June 2011, where it is stated that a TD is not a legal entity and therefore ineligible to participate in the national internship scheme; is the Oireachtas not a legal entity and will TD’s not then be able to hire interns under the national internship scheme through the Oireachtas.
