120. Deputy Seán Crowe asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality the vetting arrangements that are in place in accordance with section 15 of the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1997; if she will confirm that requests for information from a housing authority are processed by the superintendent in charge of the district wherein the subject of the request resides and that they are dealt with on a case-by-case basis; the number of requests that have been made by South Dublin County Council on a year-by-year basis over the past five years; and if this request process is used in every allocation and transfer locally.
