Broughan asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs if she will outline the progress made during the first three months of 2013 in making increased provision for children in special care and high support units under the Health Service Executive's National High Support and Special Care Implementation Plan 2011-14, particularly if the number of children placed at Coovagh House will increase in view of the recent recommendations of the Health Information and Quality Authority in its inspection report on that unit; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
