125 Deputy Colm Keaveney asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if he will forward all details in relation to the numbers of third parties, contractors and sub-contractors employed and hired by Roscommon County Council; the number of jobs started by same persons for the years 2009, 2010 and 2011; if he will provide all details for the above years, for the number of times that the relevant trade unions were informed of these contractors and works being started; if Roscommon County Council will confirm that all of the above persons employed by Roscommon County Council during that time and up to the present are fully compliant in relation to tax, health and safety and all other relevant legislation; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
