Deputy Michael Creed asked the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources if he will outline a roadmap detailing necessary steps to migrate from REFIT 1 to REFIT 2 where, in the view of the developer, the deadline for connection under REFIT 1 cannot be met; and if he will deal, therein, with the complications arising with the CER where the project has been included in the CER Annual PSO Decision Paper, and included in the statutory instrument as published by the Department; if he will also outline the latest date that such a migration may be allowed; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
