Deputy Alan Kelly asked the Minister for Transport further to Parliamentary Question No. 191 of 5 April 2022, (details supplied) if he will intervene to make specific, ring-fenced funding available in the 2023 IMMAC to begin the long-overdue process of automating the manual level crossings on this line; and if the line is to fulfil its obvious potential as a commuter line between Nenagh and Limerick which needs to happen.
