Broughan asked the Minister for Transport and the Marine if, in view of the proposals for high density development at northside and Clonshaugh in Dublin 17 and at Nevinstown in Fingal, he will request the Railway Procurement Agency to begin the process of building a LUAS line from Dublin City centre to Coolock and these proposed new developments; if he has had discussions with developers in this regard; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
