Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Health the reason the national disability team's occupational therapy services are consistently unavailable for a child (details supplied) in an urgent situation; the reason the services of an early intervention team remain unavailable, following a very urgent referral in March 2015 for this vulnerable child, where such intervention in a timely enough manner would ensure that this child's condition would not deteriorate further; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
