131 Deputy Jack Wall asked the Minister for Health and Children further to Parliamentary Question No. 171 of 17 April 2008, when a person (details supplied) in County Kildare will receive a date for their operation; if the reply received from the Health Service Executive can be determined as a directive to the National Treatment Purchase Fund from Tallaght General Hospital that files and so on in relation to the applicant will be made available to the NTPF for their processing of the case and that there will be no hold up in relation to the provision of the date for the operation other than finding a suitable hospital to carry out such an operation; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
