Deputy Michael McGrath asked the Minister for Finance apart from the recent case which has been referred to An Garda Síochána, if National Asset Management Agency has since its inception identified any other possible breaches of confidentiality whereby commercial agency belonging to the agency has been used or removed in an unauthorised fashion by an employee of the agency and, if so, if he will provide details of the number of such cases and if he will make a comprehensive statement of the action taken in each case.
