197 Mr. Crowe asked the Minister for Education and Science the progress that has been made on the recommendation of the task force on dyslexia that in view of recent equality legislation, the Department of Education and Science should refer to the director of equality investigations and the National Disability Authority the practice of appending explanatory notes to the certificates of candidates with specific learning difficulties, including those arising from dyslexia, who are granted certain accommodations in State examinations.
