1479 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the way in which the projected reduction in spending from the environment fund will affect, in percentage terms, waste management infrastructure and the subvention of local authority recycling operational costs, management infrastructure and the subvention of local authority recycling operational costs, bottom of form environment awareness including the race against waste campaign and various litter initiatives, enhanced waste management enforcement initiatives currently being taken by local authorities and the Office of Environmental Enforcement, national waste prevention and market development programmes, North-South matters, including the scheme for the management of waste, fridges and freezers, research and development in the Environmental Protection Agency, contributions to international environment funds, activities relating to air quality and climate change, environmental levy operational costs, miscellaneous, printing, publishing and so on, producer responsibility initiatives, activities relating to sustainable development and activities relating to water quality.
