Deputy Billy Kelleher asked the Minister for Finance the number of Irish cases investigated by the anti-fraud office of the European Commission in each of the years 2010 to 2018; the number of fines that subsequently issued; the number of prosecutions for each such case investigated; the type of fraud identified in Irish cases investigated; the amount recovered to the Exchequer or the EU budget from Irish cases investigated; and the number of recommendations for judicial, financial, disciplinary and administrative action taken by the competent authority here and in the EU in each of the years 2010 to 2018.
