Deputy Colm Burke asked the Minister for Climate, Energy and the Environment to confirm that those who apply for the new SEAI windows and doors grant scheme will be issued with clear and concise information upon receipt of an approval letter for the scheme, in particular setting out in detail in the approval letter if any additional measures are required to be undertaken by the applicant including attic and wall insulation works in order to qualify for the scheme and proceed successfully with the scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
