PQ 14

14. Deputy Clare Daly asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade if his attention has been drawn to the increasing tensions in Maghaberry Prison arising from the fact that the agreement which was to be implemented in relation to controlled movement, strip searching and other contentious issues, which gave rise to a 15-month dirty protest two years ago, has not been implemented; if he has conveyed to the Northern Ireland Justice Minister and British Government that these issues have major potential to lead to a destabilisation of the situation; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
