139 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason an operation urgently required by a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny has not been arranged by the SEHB at Manchester Children’s Hospital; if the advice and arrangements as set out by the consultant paediatrician at St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny in December 2003 will be followed; and if this operation will be carried out without further delay.
