Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport in relation to the intoxilyzer 6000 breath testing equipment, if equipment was faulty would a trained Garda operator be able to detect this; and the way in which such a fault becomes apparent to the Garda operator who is not trained in maintenance and testing.
