201 Mr. M. Higgins asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform his views on the fact that a person (details supplied) is currently on a hunger strike on the basis that they wish to clear their name following suggestions, in the media and elsewhere, that they may have been part of a group seeking to invest abroad proceeds of a bank robbery; if it is possible to clarify if charges are expected to be made against the person involved; and, should this not be the case, if a statement stating same will be made.
