210 Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his attention has been drawn to the fact that 16 months after a tragic collision in Quigleys Point, County Donegal, in October 2005, resulting in the deaths of five young people (details supplied) the families are waiting for the completion of the investigation; the reason for the lengthy delay; and if he will assure the Houses of the Oireachtas that he will do all he can to ensure that these families will not have to wait much longer for closure.
