Deputy Willie Penrose asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht if he will take steps to have an application for payment in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath in respect of a designated bog to which they are entitled to compensation and whereby a map has already been prepared showing the area in question and which no subsequent reply has been received in respect thereof, if same will now be reviewed and this person’s entitlements furnished to them; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
